Core and Coil Winding:

  • Core Dimension (Fig1)

  • Coil winding(Fig2)( Distance between winding area with cutting section >3mm)
    Quantities of coil winding =2,
    Rate of Winding turns Vs current 
    Coil 1:60Ts / 1mm2
    Coil 2:203Ts / 0.4mm2

  • The ends of coil1 & coil2 are connected with lead wire, and lead wire length is 20 cm


Grinding:

Grinding the cutting section after cutting, Ground core should be:

  •      Ground coil dimensions match the requirements of Fig 1
  •      The secondary Voltage without load of Coi1 ≥24VAC  when close the two halves coil and 10A 50Hz AC current passed through the center of the coil hole.
