Q: Can I get samples?
A: Samples order testing is supported, which help customers understand the performance and quality of Coilcore's products more intuitively.

Q:.How long is the sample lead time?
A: For ready samples, it's about 2-3 days. If you require your own size, it takes about 7 days.

Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the products are in stock. Or 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, depending on order quantity and production schedule.

Q: Which kinds of certificate would you have?

A: ISO9001, ROHS, REACH, MSDS.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Total amount ≤ USD5000, 100% pay in advance. Total amount > USD5000, 30% T/T in advance ,balance pay off before shipment. The L/C is accept for big order, it can be negotiable.
