Now, let’s discuss about the core production from Ribbon manufacture, core winding, core heat treatment, sealing&VA control, final QC and labeling, Packing to warehouse.

A. Ribbon Manufacture

The nanocrystalline raw material put into casting machine, through measuring system control confirm the request strips' thickness & width, and come out nanocrystalline strips. To guarantee quality, the workers will online check the strips thickness&width again.

B. Core Winding

For small size, automatic winding machine can finish the core's winding once set on standard specification, there are vertical winding type and horizontal winding type. The automatic winding machine can control the core diameter & weight strictly, no need more testing.

While, for big size core, we need to winding manual. To guarantee the cores precise, after winding request size measure and weight check.

C. Core Heat Treatment

After cores winding, the cores will be put into heat treatment furnace for heat setting. Heat treatment program control system can control cores heating under reliable program. In meanwhile, the magnetic core may be loose and deformed after a long time, so before heating, there will be a fixture steps for shape maintaining.

D. Sealing&VA Control

After heating core cooling, for plastic cores, workers are gluing case and boxing the core, and then do VA control record. For epoxy coated core, the cores will be spraying & VA control record.

E. Final QC & labeling

For the finished cores, we request a final QC, by handmade or by automatic Machine.And then, for big size cores, will sticker labels as request.

F. Packing

After goods finished,workers will package cores inside cartons, and then pallet package ready.

G. Warehouse

The finished cores will in warehouse ready for shipment.
